Happy weekend, McKelvie. With the second quarter having ended, this is a great time to remind your child to check their library account to make sure that it is up-to-date, and your child does not have any overdue books. As a friendly reminder, we do not ever assess overdue fines. I will only bill for lost or damaged books after having a conversation with your child. On most occasions, children know where their books are; they just need to be reminded to put the book in their backpack/bag to bring it to the library. I completely understand that schedules are ever-changing during this unique time, so if a book is overdue, I just ask that it gets returned the next day your child is in-school learning. Auto-generated overdue emails are sent weekly to your child's school email account if there is an overdue title(s) that need to be returned. Thank you for all of your support.
Classes continue to come to the library for citation practice, note-taking, and book club browsing and selection! Some of our book club browsers were eager to start reading and did so as soon as they selected their groups' book.
