On Monday, June 1st the 9th and final "Search Slip" winner of the year was announced. Congratulations to 6th grader Wesley in Mrs. Allen's homeroom. His "Search Slip" was selected from all of the May entries. Click  HERE  to see Wesley and his prize. Thank you to all of the McKelvie Summer Book Swap participants! There were numerous students that donated books to the swap and as a result were able to choose 1-2 books. These students are able to get a jump start on summer reading and added books to their summer reading stack! Thank you for all of your support with this 2nd annual event. Grace Larochelle and Carla Ferreira from the Bedford Public Library visited the McKelvie Library to invite students to participate in "The Universe of Stories" Summer Reading Program on Friday! Ask your child about summer reading and leadership opportunities at the Bedford Public Library. Click HERE to see one of the Lunch and Learn sessions with Grace and Carla. Additional summer reading opportunities will be hosted right here at the McKelvie Intermediate School Library this summer!
